Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does it matter how many attendees will be seeing the show?
We like to have a general idea of our venue and how many kids will be enjoying the show. However, the number of audience members will not impact the price.

  • How long does the show run?
Each performance runs about 60-minutes with a short stand & stretch break in the middle. If you need the performance to be shorter, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Do you provide any extra educational opportunities beyond the performance?
Touring performances include an optional short talk-back with the cast and crew, and study guide with information about the playwright and theatre arts. Interactive theatre workshops, professional development and tours are available for an additional cost. Please call for more information.

  • How do I book a show and when is payment due?
When you are ready to book a show we will need to know date options, location, as well as some basic contact information. Upon signing the show contract, we will require a 50% deposit by credit card or check or a valid purchase order.

  • What happens if there is a snow day or another reason we need to cancel? Payments (either 50% or the full balance) are not refundable and each situation will be handled on a case by case basis. Our team will make the full attempt to reschedule your performance for a date that works for you, usually without any added fees. Using a school or district Purchase Order acts as a "promise to pay," this applies even if the school cancels the performance.

  • How much time will you need for set up and tear down?
Typically our set crew will arrive 90 minutes prior to the show and the cast will arrive 60 minutes prior. Tear down takes around 30 minutes. Times are flexible based on school. Larger venues may require mics
